I was with my mother and there was this humming bird. I reached out my hand wanting it to land on me and it did. I fed it while it was on my hand. My mother got excited for me. It left and came back still wanting food as it hissed not seeing any right away, so I and grabbed a couple pieces I could find and fed it. I then go to our old family home which was empty and dirty, I then go into this room and In the corner I see a spiders web and a nasty insect. Then in the wall I seed two pigeon hornets, which were very long and seems odd to me because I have never seen them before I real life. One of them flew and I got scared it would come on me so I left the room.
This dream can be interpreted as a reflection of your relationship with your mother and your desire for connection and nurturing. The hummingbird represents gracefulness, joy, and energy. By wanting it to land on your hand and feeding it, it symbolizes your longing for a positive, intimate connection with others. Your mother's excitement for you suggests her support and approval of this desire.
The return of the hummingbird, hissing when there was no immediate food, may metaphorically represent the need for consistent attention, care, and nourishment in your relationships. It could suggest a fear of abandonment or not having your needs met. However, by finding a few pieces of food and feeding the hummingbird again, you demonstrate your ability to provide for yourself and take care of your own emotional needs when necessary.
Moving to your old family home, which is empty and dirty, signifies unresolved issues or memories from your past that you may need to confront or heal. The presence of the spider's web and nasty insect in the corner suggests hidden or ignored insecurities, fears, or negative thoughts. The appearance of the unfamiliar pigeon hornets could symbolize an unfamiliar or unexpected threat or challenge in your life.
Feeling scared that the hornet would come onto you and leaving the room may suggest a desire to avoid or escape from confronting these fears or challenges. It is possible that you may need to confront these underlying issues in order to find peace or resolution in your waking life.
